Hanware Infra Projects Private Limited is based out of the Pioneer Heritage Residency in Santacruz West. We are on the ground floor of the A wing, which makes it easy for people to find us without messing around with elevators. Being in Daulat Nagar is convenient because everything we need is close by. We’ve been here in Mumbai for some time now, just doing our thing. The office at G/2 is where we spend most of our hours. It’s a busy spot, especially with the Mumbai City traffic nearby. We handle infrastructure work, which means a lot of coordination and making sure things stay on schedule. It’s hard work and sometimes things get stressful, but that’s just how this industry is. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just one that gets the job done. Our team is small and we know each other well. Most mornings start with tea and a look at the latest project updates. Santacruz is a good place to be located, even if the parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just focus on the projects we have and try to keep moving forward. It’s a practical setup here at Pioneer Heritage. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just what we need to work. We aim to stay consistent and keep our small team busy with the work that comes in.
