We are over in Pranik Chambers, right on Saki Vihar Road in Kurla West. It is pretty close to the Sakinaka metro station, which helps a lot with the commute for everyone here. Our office is at 125/B and we have been in this spot for a bit now. Being in Sakinaka means there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside, but it keeps things interesting throughout the day. Most of our time is just spent handling paperwork or talking to people about local spots. We are not a huge team, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever, so we end up taking the stairs. It is a practical space, nothing too fancy or polished. We just focus on what needs to get done for our clients in the Mumbai area. The neighborhood around the metro is always changing with new shops and stalls popping up every week. It feels good to be part of the local community here. We usually grab lunch from the small places nearby. If you are coming from the station, it is just a short walk. We mostly deal with property stuff around this part of town. It gets busy during the middle of the week, but we try to stay on top of the files. There is always some construction happening nearby, which is typical for Mumbai. We just keep our heads down and work.
