H V CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Our office is tucked away in the Bharat Diamond Bourse. We are in the G Block, specifically FC 9020. It's right opposite the Nabard Head Office in Bandra Kurla Complex. BKC is a very busy area, but our corner of it is where H V Constructions handles the day-to-day. We have been in this part of Bandra-East for a good bit now. Mumbai 400051 is a hectic place to work, but it keeps us busy. We do a lot of construction-related work, mostly dealing with the planning and the legal side of things from this office. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making calls. The Bourse is a huge place, so it took us a while to get used to the layout ourselves. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group trying to keep the projects moving. There are blueprints rolled up in the corners and the smell of coffee is usually in the air. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just focus on the next task. It's a lot of grit and staying on top of the details. Being in the middle of a business hub helps us stay connected, but at the end of the day, we are just builders. We take our work seriously and try to stay out of the way of the big crowds outside.
