Gyrfalcon Nest Developers is where we spend our days at Nilkanth Sadan in Goregaon East, Mumbai. Our office is number 7 on Peru Baugh, H.N Purav Marg. Living and working in Mumbai means everything is always moving fast. We focus on developing sites around the city, which usually involves a lot of back-and-forth with the municipal corporation and various vendors. Goregaon East is a busy hub, and being located near the station helps when we have to travel to different sites. We aren't a massive firm; we’re more of a hands-on team that likes to be on the ground. Real estate development is a lot of paperwork and even more coordination. We spend a lot of time at Peru Baugh just trying to keep the schedules straight. Some days are just filled with phone calls and meetings about materials or labor. It gets noisy and dusty, but that’s Mumbai for you. We’ve been at this for a while and know the local rules pretty well. It’s not glamorous work, despite what people think about real estate. It’s mostly about solving problems as they come up and making sure the buildings actually get finished. We just want to do a solid job and move on to the next one. It’s a living, and it keeps us on our toes every day without much time for a break.
