You can find us at the Link Plaza Commercial Complex in Andheri West. We are in unit number 23, right on the Andheri Link Road. It’s a very busy area, which is great because there is always something happening. Gurukul Realty Llp has been based here for a good amount of time. The office is in a commercial complex, so there are lots of other businesses around us. It makes for a lively work environment. Our space isn't huge. It’s basically just enough room for our desks and a place for people to sit when they come to talk about property. Andheri real estate is always moving, so we stay pretty occupied. We aren't the type of people to use fancy corporate jargon. We just talk normally and try to help people figure out their property situations. There’s always a lot of paperwork to deal with, and the phones never seem to stop ringing. We like the energy of Link Road. It’s convenient for anyone coming from the station or the highway. We keep things pretty informal in the office. No one wears suits unless they absolutely have to. We just want to get the job done and help our clients find what they need. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. Being in such a central location helps us keep an eye on everything in the market and stay in touch with local folks.
