Our small office is tucked away on the 17th floor of New Royal Mamta Heights in Borivali West. It’s located on Devi Das Cross Lane, which is right across from Neel Tower. Being up so high gives us a decent view of the city, though we’re usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window much. We spend our time helping people who want to go abroad for their education. It involves a lot of reading through rules and filling out forms. The desks are often covered in folders and student files. It’s not a large agency, just a few of us working together. We don’t have a big reception area or a polished front desk. Usually, someone just pulls up a chair for a visitor. The building itself is busy, and sometimes we have to wait a while for the elevator in the mornings. We’ve been doing this for a few years and know the local area quite well. There are some good places to grab a snack nearby when we take a break. We try to be honest with the students who come in and tell them exactly what to expect with their applications. It’s a lot of practical work and staying on top of deadlines. It gets a little stressful when the big application seasons hit, but we manage. It’s just a regular office where we try to get things done right for whoever walks in.
