Greens Ladder Realcon Llp

We are located inside Raghuleela Mega Mall in Kandivali West. Our spot is Gp 12, which is right near Poisar Lane. It is an interesting place to have an office because you are right in the middle of all the mall shoppers and the noise from the Poisar Bus Depot just behind us. Greens Ladder Realcon Llp has been here for a while now. It is a bit different than a traditional office building because you have got the food court and the shops right there. Sometimes it is a bit distracting with all the music and people walking by, but it is very convenient for grabbing a quick lunch. We have a small team and we mostly handle real estate matters from here. The office is just a simple room with our computers and a few files stacked up. We do not really go for that polished look; we just want a place where we can sit down and get through our tasks. Being in Kandivali means we see a lot of local families and commuters every day. It is a lively part of the Bandra Suburban area. We just keep our door open and stay busy with whatever the day brings our way. It is not a big corporate setup, just us working in a mall office and trying to keep everything moving.
