Our office is situated in the Alpha Building, which is part of the Hiranandani Gardens complex in Powai. We are up on the 4th floor in Unit 403. If you know the area, we are right next to Bayer House. Powai has a very specific feel to it, with all the tall buildings and the neatly paved streets. Greenchip Emerging Projects is the name on our door, and we spend our time looking into new business opportunities and project management. The office has big windows, which is nice because it lets in a lot of light, even if we are mostly staring at computer screens all day. Hiranandani is a busy place, so there are always people grabbing coffee downstairs or heading to meetings. We try to keep our workspace organized, but with so many projects going on at once, there is usually a lot of paperwork scattered around. It is a professional environment, but we keep things relaxed inside the office. We are not into big corporate speeches. We just get together, discuss what needs to be done, and then we do it. Being in Powai means we are close to a lot of other companies, so there is a lot of energy in the air. We have been in this building for a bit now and it feels like a good home for our team. We just take it one project at a time and try to stay focused on the details that matter.
