Our agency is located at Plot 3, Flat 42, in the Juhu Sameep building on the Juhu Link Road. Being in Mumbai, space is always a bit tight, and our office is no different. It’s a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace for Grapepint Creative Agency Llp. It’s on the Juhu Link Road, so the traffic noise is just a constant background hum for us. We’ve been here for a while, and the walls are covered with sketches and notes from various things we’ve worked on. It’s not the kind of agency you see in movies with a bar and pool tables. It’s just a flat with a lot of people and a lot of computers. We like it here because Juhu has a certain energy, even if the commute can be a nightmare sometimes. There’s a small balcony where we go to get some air when the room feels too small. We handle everything ourselves, from answering the door to finishing the big projects. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don’t have a lot of hierarchy; we just sit around the tables and talk through ideas. Sometimes the building elevator is out of service, and that’s just part of the day. We’re not trying to be the biggest agency in Mumbai. We just want to do good work from our little spot in Juhu Sameep. It’s a bit chaotic, but it’s our version of an office and we wouldn't have it any other way.
