Our place is over in Andheri East, right on the Andheri Kurla Road. We are based in Citiscape CHS Ltd, specifically in unit B-102. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, especially with all the traffic around Chakala. You know how it is in this area, always something happening outside the window. We’ve been operating from here for some time now. Dealing with property in Mumbai keeps us pretty occupied. Most of our day is spent handling local real estate matters. It’s not a large operation, just a handful of us sitting in the office. We deal with the usual stuff like paperwork and talking to neighbors or clients. The building is CTS-36-A, easy to spot if you’re familiar with the road. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we get our work done. Being near the Kurla road means we are right in the middle of everything. We focus on what’s happening in our immediate neighborhood and the surrounding streets. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy because of the main road, but we’re used to it. We just handle the daily grind of the realty business. Nothing more, nothing less. It’s a straightforward setup for a local Mumbai business like ours. We keep things simple and try to stay on top of the local listings. It’s just a lot of desk work and phone calls.
