Our office is in Borivali East, inside the Royal Garden SRA building on Carter Road Number 2. We are in Flat A-303. It’s a residential-style setup which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office building. Gphomes Realty Private Limited is run from here. We’ve been in this part of Mumbai for a bit, and we like the Borivali area. It's got a lot of families and local shops. Most of our work involves helping people with their housing needs. It’s not a massive operation. We have a few desks set up in the main room and a lot of folders full of property details. Sometimes we have tea while we go over the day’s tasks. It’s a quiet enough spot, though the sounds of the neighborhood come through the windows. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like a giant corporation. We are just local people who know the real estate market around here. Dealing with Mumbai property can be a headache, so we try to make it as simple as we can. We spend our time checking listings and meeting folks who live nearby. It’s a practical way to work. We like that people can just drop by and have a chat without feeling intimidated. It’s just how we do things every day. We aren't looking to be the biggest, just to be reliable for the people we help.
