Goyal & Sons Reality Llp

We are located over in Malad West, specifically in Veena Nagar CHS. Our office is D-105 on Plot No. E. It’s right on S. V. Road, across from the SBI branch, so it’s not too hard to find if you are familiar with the Chincholi area. Goyal & Sons Reality Llp is a family-run kind of setup. We have been working out of this space for a while now. The neighborhood is always busy, especially with the traffic on S. V. Road. It’s a typical Mumbai residential and commercial mix. Our office isn't anything fancy. It’s a practical space where we handle property matters. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about homes and land. It’s a lot of listening and trying to figure out what fits. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the street sounds, but we’ve gotten used to it. We aren't into those big marketing campaigns. We prefer just talking to people directly. The office has a few chairs for visitors and plenty of files. We try to keep things simple and honest. Dealing with real estate in Malad keeps us busy every day. There is always someone looking for a place or trying to sell. We just help them navigate all that. It’s a regular job for us and we enjoy being part of the community here. It’s been our home base for many years now. We just take things one day at a time.
