You can find Golzi Hotels (Opc) Private Limited over in Borivali East. We are located in the Dhruva building, part of the Dhruva-Tara Chs Ltd on Shiv Vallabh Road. This is the Ashok Van area, which is a pretty well-known part of the suburbs. It’s a typical Mumbai residential spot, so there’s always something going on nearby. We work out of unit 904. It’s high up, so we get a bit of a view of the rooftops around Borivali. Being an (Opc) or One Person Company, it’s a very personal operation. It’s not a big corporate machine with hundreds of employees. It’s mostly just me and a couple of people helping out when things get busy. We handle hotel-related work, which means a lot of checking on availability and making sure everything is running okay at the properties. The building is a standard cooperative housing society, so it has that community feel. You see the same people in the lift every day. We don’t go for anything too flashy in the office. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee to keep us going. Shiv Vallabh Road can get quite noisy with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the work. We like being in Borivali because it’s where we are from and it’s easy to get around. It’s just a simple, local business trying to make things work in the city.
