If you’ve ever walked down Hill Road in Bandra West, you probably know how crowded it gets at all hours. We are up on the 5th floor of Dheeraj Plaza. It’s a good spot because we are right in the heart of the action. Goldmark Realty Llp is what we call ourselves. We’ve been in this building for some time now. From our floor, you can see a bit of the street below, which is always full of shoppers and cars. Bandra is a lively place to work. Our office is where we do all the property listings and meet with clients. It’s not a huge office, but it’s enough for us. We try to keep things organized, even though the paperwork sometimes tries to take over the desks. Real estate in Mumbai is pretty fast, and being in Bandra makes it even faster. We spend our days answering emails and checking out different sites. It’s a lot of running around, actually. We don’t really go for the high-end corporate look. We just want a space where we can get our work done without too much fuss. Sometimes the elevator in Dheeraj Plaza is slow, so we wait and chat with the neighbors. It’s a friendly enough building. We just do our thing here and help people find what they are looking for in the city. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us going every day. We just stay focused on our daily tasks.
