Goldfinch Developers Llp is based on the 15th floor of Pushp Vinod 1, which is part of Pushpa Park in Borivali West. If you’re familiar with the area, we’re the building located right behind the McDonald's on S.V. Road. Being up in unit B 1503 gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just watching the traffic crawl along the main road below. Borivali is always on the move, and we’re right in the middle of it. The office usually has the hum of the air conditioner and the sound of people talking about cement prices or labor schedules. S.V. Road is such a landmark that it’s easy for people to find where we are. We don't have many decorations on the walls, just the stuff we need to get our work done. Around lunch time, the whole area gets busy with all the different food spots nearby. Sometimes we just grab a quick snack and get right back to the blueprints on the table. Our team isn't very large, so everyone ends up helping out with everything. From answering the phone to checking on a site during a rainstorm, it’s all just part of the daily grind for us. We’ve been doing this for a while and don't feel the need to make it sound more glamorous than it is. Building things is just what we do. It takes a lot of patience to handle the city regulations, but we manage.
