Golatkar Empires Private Limited is our small company located in Kurla West. We have our office at number 73 in the Trupti CHS building, right on 90 Feet Road. If you are looking for us, we are tucked away just behind the 90 Feet police station in Kajupada. It makes it easy to give directions to people who haven't been here before. We focus on local development and property matters in the Mumbai area. It’s a simple operation, really. There are no big meetings or polished presentations. We just sit down with a cup of tea and figure out the best way to handle a project. The street outside is always noisy and full of life, which keeps us on our toes. We have been in this neighborhood for a bit, so we know the people and the way things work around Kurla. Most of our time is spent on the actual construction details or checking up on different sites. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with hundreds of offices. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we have in front of us. Sometimes things get a little slow with the permits and all that, but we just stay patient.
