We started this company because we saw how many people needed help navigating the medical system in India. Being based in Mumbai, specifically on JP Road, we are right in the middle of all the noise and action. We are on the 7th floor of the HA building, and if you are looking for us, we are right across from the Chai Coffee place. It is a busy spot but it works for what we do. Basically, we handle the logistics for medical visits. Most of our work is about coordinating between patients and the hospitals nearby. It gets complicated with all the paperwork and travel stuff, so that is where we step in. We do not have a massive office with a big sign, just a quiet space in Flat 71. Most of the team spends their day on the phone or meeting people at their appointments. It is not a flashy business but it is important. We have been at this for a while now. Dealing with doctors and scheduling takes a lot of time, and most families find it overwhelming. We just try to make that part a bit easier. The Mumbai traffic can be a real nightmare, but since we are near a well-known coffee shop, at least people can find the building easily enough. We keep things pretty straightforward here. No big corporate speeches, just the daily work of getting people to the right doctors. It is a lot of coordination, but we are used to the pace by now.
