GMIC CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is situated in Lake View 3, inside the Royal Palms area of Aarey Colony. If you have been to Goregaon East, you know the roads can be a bit winding and green around here. Our office is at number 202 on the second floor. It is a quiet enough place to work, though the monkeys from the colony sometimes make a bit of noise outside. We spend most of our hours here dealing with construction schedules and talking to vendors. The view of the greenery is nice, but we are usually too busy with site reports to look out the window much. It is a straightforward office setup with the usual files and computers. We have been operating out of this spot for some time now. Being in Royal Palms gives us a bit of a break from the main city's heavy noise, even if the commute through Aarey can be slow sometimes. It’s just a regular team working here, trying to keep projects on track. We don't go in for big meetings or anything flashy. Usually, it's just coffee and work. If someone comes by, they’ll find us buried in maps or phone calls. It is a simple place that suits what we do daily. We are glad to be part of the Goregaon East community and just keep doing our bit from this office.
