GLB Realty LLP is based in Khar West, right on Dr. Ambedkar Road. Our office is A/701 in the Lok Nirman building. The easiest way to find us is to look for Sonu Medical Shop because we are located right above it. Khar is a busy neighborhood, and being on the 7th floor gives us a little bit of distance from the street noise, though you can still hear the traffic quite clearly. The office is a regular workspace where we manage our real estate listings and all the paperwork. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have some old chairs, plenty of files, and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend our time talking to people about where they want to live and trying to find options that might fit their needs. It’s a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and meeting people at different properties across the city. Sometimes it’s tiring, but it’s just what we do to keep things moving. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just handle the day-to-day operations ourselves. Most of the people in the building know each other, so there is a friendly vibe when you meet in the elevator. We just keep our heads down and do the work, making sure the local property deals go through without too much trouble. It's a simple operation.
