Glazio Engineering & Construction Private Limited operates from a first-floor office in the Silver Oak building. We are located at 60-B Chimbai Road, right in the heart of Bandra West. Mumbai is a crowded place to do business, but being in Bandra keeps us close to a lot of the action. Our office isn't a massive corporate suite; it’s just Flat 1-D where we handle the engineering side of our construction projects. Working in this part of the city means dealing with tight spaces and a lot of logistical hurdles. We spend our time figuring out how to get equipment through narrow streets and making sure our builds meet all the local codes. Construction here is fast-paced and can be pretty stressful at times. We don’t really bother with polished mission statements or high-end branding. We are just engineers and builders who know how to get things done in Mumbai City. The Chimbai Road area is busy, and our office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and samples. That’s just how we work. We focus on the technical details and the actual labor of putting buildings together. People know us as the local team that stays on-site until the job is finished. It’s hard work, but we’ve been doing it long enough to handle the chaos of Bandra’s construction scene without complaining much. It is what it is, and we just keep building every single day until the project is actually handed over to the owners.
