GLAMMENTTIRE TEXOFAB PRIVATE LIMITED

Glammenttire Texofab Private Limited is tucked away in the Akanksha housing society over in Mulund East. It’s a quiet enough area on Navghar Road, which makes coming to work a bit more relaxed than if we were in the middle of a big commercial district. We share the space with the usual daily life of a residential building, so there is always someone around. Our setup is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some fabric samples lying around, and a lot of tea gets made throughout the day. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. We just focus on the textile side of things and try to keep up with the orders that come through. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when we have to coordinate with the factories, and the office ends up looking a bit like a warehouse for a day or two. Being in Mulund means we are connected to the rest of Mumbai but still feel like a local neighborhood business. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we don't have to deal with long commutes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well and make sure the fabrics we handle are what people expect. It’s a lot of manual work and checking details, but we enjoy the routine of it all. Nothing too complicated, just honest work.
