Gilbert Ventures Llp is based in Malad West, specifically in the Leo Building at Jankalyan Nagar. Our office is on the third floor, unit La/302. We’re located off Marwe Road, so it’s a bit quieter than the main shopping areas of Malad. We’re a small outfit that looks into different business ventures and investment opportunities. It’s not a big, flashy operation. We have a modest office with some desks, a few laptops, and a small table where we sit and discuss things. Most of our work involves reading through business plans and looking at figures to see if a project is worth pursuing. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It’s just us doing the research and making decisions. We like the fact that it’s a small team because it makes things simpler. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or in meetings with small business owners. We don't use a lot of fancy terminology or marketing speak. We just talk about what’s practical and what isn't. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a nice place to work without too many distractions. We’ve been here for a while now and we’re quite settled into the routine of the building. It’s just a straightforward business where we try to make sensible decisions and help things grow where they can. It’s steady and quiet work for us.
