Gencrest Bio-Fibre Private Limited

Gencrest Bio-Fibre is based out of the Gangotri Bungalow over in Irish Park, Juhu. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads of Vile Parle West. We share the space here, and it feels more like a home than a corporate office, which is fine by us. Working with bio-fibres means there’s always something interesting to look at, though it’s mostly just a lot of technical talk and paperwork. Ravi Agrawal’s place is easy to find if you know the Mangal Kiran society, but delivery drivers sometimes get lost in the lanes. Juhu is a nice place to be based, even if the traffic during school hours is a nightmare. We aren't a huge team with fancy desks and glass walls. We just use the space we have to keep the business moving. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. It’s a bit of a niche area, dealing with these kinds of fibres, so we spend a lot of time just making sure things are running the right way. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write glossy brochures. This is just where we work and how we do things. Living and working in the same general area of Mumbai makes life a little easier, though the humidity still gets to everyone in the summer. It’s just a straightforward operation here in the bungalow, focused on getting the fibres sorted.
