Bandra is a fast place to live. Our office is on Waterfield Road, specifically at Silver Pearl on the 3rd floor. It is 301/A. If you know the area, you know it gets quite packed in the evenings with traffic and people everywhere. We have been operating out of Mumbai for some time now. Being in Bandra West gives us a good look at how the city is shifting. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just focusing on where people live. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints and coffee mugs. We aren't the type of people to wear suits every day unless there is a big meeting scheduled. Usually, it is just us figuring out the next steps for a site. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we take the stairs. It is a practical way to stay active during a long shift. We deal with a lot of different people, from contractors to local families. Every day is a bit different. One day we are worrying about materials, the next it is legal filings. Mumbai life does not really stop, so we don't either. We try to be straight with people. If something is going to take six months, we say six months. There is no point in sugarcoating things in this business. We are just a small team trying to build things that last. We like being right here in the middle of the city. It feels like we are part of the real Mumbai.
