We are located over at Yari Road in Versova, specifically in the Vriddhi.R.S.V building. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the rest of Andheri West, which is why we liked it when we first saw the place. We’ve been operating out of the Kalyan Comp area for a while now. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we get a lot of neighbors stopping by just to say hello or ask about what's going on. It’s not one of those massive, cold hotels you see on the main highway. We’re smaller and a bit more tucked away in the lanes. Sometimes finding parking on this street is a total nightmare, especially in the evenings, but that’s just how Versova is. The building itself is a normal cooperative society structure, nothing too flashy or modern. We handle a mix of things here, mostly just making sure our guests are comfortable and the rooms stay clean. It’s a small team running the show. We’ve had days where things break or the water pressure acts up because of the old pipes, but we fix it and move on. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they live just down the street and have family visiting. We don’t do a lot of shouting about what we do. We just stay open and do the work. It’s a decent place for people who want to stay in a real neighborhood instead of a tourist trap. We like the vibe here.
