Fortune Housecon Llp is located at 104, Devi Krupa, which is tucked away in the S.K. Patil Hospital Lane. It’s on Daftary Road in Malad East, right behind the Eastern Mall. It is a bit of a maze back there if you aren't familiar with the area, but once you find us, it’s a quiet enough spot to get some real work done. Being near the mall and the hospital means there is always a lot of foot traffic and cars nearby. We focus on housing and construction, which is why we chose this part of Mumbai City. Our office is a simple setup where we manage our paperwork and meet with our site supervisors. We don't have any shiny brochures or a dedicated spokesperson. It’s just us, working on the projects we have in front of us. Some days we are out at the sites all day, and other days we are stuck here behind the desk dealing with permissions and planning. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We’ve grown to like the neighborhood, even if the lane gets a bit cramped sometimes. We just try to do a decent job without making a big fuss about it. That is just how we have always operated here at Devi Krupa. We are just local folks building for the local market.
