Flowers By Design Private Limited

We've been at the Juhu Supreme Shoppingcentre for a while now. It's a busy spot on Gulmohar X Road. Most days we are just surrounded by stems and petals, trying to get things ready for whoever walks in. It gets a bit messy on the ground floor here with water on the tiles sometimes. People come in looking for something for a birthday or just because they want a bit of color at home. We don't do anything too fancy, just what feels right for the flowers we have that day. Sometimes the delivery truck is late and we have to scramble. That's just how it goes in JVPD. My hands usually smell like eucalyptus or roses by the end of the shift. We aren't a big chain, just this one spot. If you know the shopping centre, we’re right there on the ground floor. It's not a huge space but we make it work. Some of the neighbors stop by just to say hello even if they aren't buying anything. We try to keep the fridge stocked with fresh stuff every morning. It's a lot of cutting and trimming. You wouldn't think it's hard work but your back definitely feels it after eight hours. We just stay busy with the orders that come through. It's nice seeing the same faces from the neighborhood. We often have to clean the floors twice a day because of all the leaves and water that get everywhere. It’s just part of the job when you work with plants.
