Fineline Buildcon Llp is located in Kandivali West. We have Shop No 5 and 6 in Jain Bhavan, which is on Mathuradas Road. It’s a very busy street, and there’s always something going on outside our doors. Having two shop units gives us enough space for our small team to work comfortably without tripping over each other. We focus on building and construction work around this part of the city. Most of our mornings start with a quick meeting to see where we are with various contractors. Mathuradas Road is a well-known landmark, so people find it easy to drop by and see us. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few chairs for visitors and some cabinets for our project files. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound like a multinational company. We are just a local firm trying to do good work. Sometimes it’s stressful when deadlines are close, but we manage. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in Jain Bhavan, but we’ve managed to stick around. Being in Kandivali West feels like home to us. We know the local vendors and we know how things work in this neighborhood. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just keep our focus on the current build and try to make sure everything is handled properly before we move on to the next thing. We've been here long enough to know everyone.
