Ferrum Realtors Private Limited

We are located at the Natraj building, right at the M V Road Junction. If you are driving on the Western Express Highway through Andheri East, you have probably seen our building. We are up in office 702. It is a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of noise from the traffic down below. Ferrum Realtors Private Limited is just a small team of us working out of this space. We spend most of our time looking at properties around Andheri. It is a fast-paced area, but we try to keep things simple in our office. We do not use a lot of fancy talk or try to act like a huge corporation. It is just us, some coffee, and a lot of property documents. Being near the highway is handy because we can get to different sites pretty quickly, though the traffic does not always cooperate. We have seen Andheri East change a lot, with new offices and flats popping up everywhere. Our job is basically to keep track of it all so we can tell people what is actually available. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to people, show them around, and try to get the paperwork right. It is a steady life. Most days are spent on the phone or meeting folks at the building entrance. We just focus on the work right in front of us.
