You can find Feedback Medical India Private Limited inside the Raghuleela-Mega Mall in Kandivali West. We are at Shop G 183 on the ground floor. Being in a mall is a bit different from a regular street office. There is always music playing in the hallways and people walking past with shopping bags. Our shop is easy to find if you enter from the SV Road side. It’s a compact space, so we have to be very organized with our medical products and papers. We know the other shop owners nearby, and we often grab a quick snack from the food court when we have a minute. It’s a convenient location for people to drop by. We don't have a big back office, so most of what we do happens right there behind the counter or at the small desk in the corner. Working in Kandivali means dealing with the crowds, but it also means we are easy to reach. We’ve been here long enough to know the mall’s schedule and when the quiet times are.
