If you're in Mulund West, you might know the 'Hurrah' CHS building near the City of Joy. We are up on the third floor, in units 305 and 306. Farmia Landtech Agricon Llp is our company name. It’s a busy spot right on Acc Road, so there is always noise from the street coming in through the windows. I’ve been working here for a couple of years now, and it’s always interesting. We deal with land and agriculture, mostly focusing on the planning and technical side of things. The office is usually a bit of a mess with maps and documents spread out everywhere. We try to stay organized, but when things get busy, the filing system is the first thing to go. We have a small group of people who really know their stuff, but we don't act like we’re better than anyone else. We’re just regular workers trying to solve problems as they come up. Mulund is a good place to be based because it’s easy to get around from here. We don't use fancy sales pitches or try to convince people with big promises. We just show them what we’ve done and let them decide. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We’re just local people working hard in a big city to keep the land side of things running well.
