Faizan Suhel Design Private Limited

We are located at Faizan Suhel Design Private Limited in Mumbai. Our office is flat number 1001 in plot 175, which is part of the Hicons Residency. It is on 26th Road, right near St. Theresa School. The area is usually quite busy with school traffic in the mornings and afternoons. Being on the 10th floor means we are a bit away from the street noise, which helps us stay focused. It’s a residential building, so the office has a very lived-in, comfortable feel to it. We don't have any big corporate logos on the walls or fancy furniture. It’s just where we do our design work and keep our files. Most of us have been around this neighborhood for years. We like being close to the school and the local shops. It’s a very typical Mumbai setup where a flat becomes a workspace. We spend most of our time at our drawing boards or on our computers. There’s no big mission statement or anything, just a group of us trying to make good things. We keep regular hours, though sometimes we stay a bit later if a project is nearing a deadline. It’s a straightforward way to work. We are just a small design firm in a high-rise, doing our best to keep things moving along every day. It works out pretty well for us and keeps things simple.
