We're based in Malad East, right near Ranisati Road. It's a busy spot in Mumbai. Most days are spent handling agricultural products. We deal with farmers and suppliers to get things ready for export. It’s a lot of phone calls and paperwork. The office in Solicitors Bungalow isn't huge, but we make it work. We've been doing this for a while now. It started because there was a need to move local produce to other places. Sometimes it gets stressful when shipments are delayed, but that’s just how this business goes. We aren't a big corporation with fancy lobbies. Just a few of us making sure the crates get where they need to go. We handle a variety of grains and stuff like that. Moving things in and out of Mumbai traffic is the hardest part. Usually, we are here from early morning till late evening. It's dusty and loud outside most of the time. We don't really have a big sales team. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they know someone we've worked with before. We focus on getting the quality right before things leave the warehouse. It’s honest work and keeps us busy. If you stop by, you'll see we are usually buried in ledgers or checking shipping schedules on the computer. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell. We just keep our heads down and get the job done without making a big fuss about it.
