Our office is sitting in the Bellona Building, specifically room B/102. If you know the 90 Ft Road in Pant Nagar, then you know exactly where we are located. Ghatkopar East is a lively place to work, and being right here on the main road means there is always something going on outside the window. Excel Enterprises Realty Llp is just a group of us who know this side of town inside and out. We do not go for the high-pressure sales stuff you see in movies. Instead, we just sit down with people and look at what is actually on the market in Pant Nagar. The office is not anything too special, just some desks and a couple of chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of time checking out buildings nearby and making sure we know who is selling what. It is honest work. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break, but mostly we are looking through files. 90 Ft Road is always busy, which is good for us because we see a lot of what is happening in the neighborhood. We have seen families move in and out of the buildings around here for a good while. It feels good to be part of the local community. We just do our bit to help people find a place to stay or set up their own small business in the area.
