Evolving Restaurants Llp is located right on V. M. Road in the J.V.P.D. area of Vile Parle West. We are inside the Mithila Shopping Centre at shop number 15. It’s a pretty busy spot in Mumbai. If you know the area, you know how much is going on around here with all the shops and people. We’ve been operating out of this small space for a while now. It’s not a huge place, just a simple setup where we handle our restaurant business. The shopping centre itself has a lot of history and we are just one small part of it. Some days the traffic outside on the road is really something else, and it can get a bit loud, but we are used to it by now. We aren't some big corporate chain with fancy offices. It’s just a few of us here doing the daily work. We don't really go for big marketing or anything like that. We just try to stay busy and keep things moving along. Being in Mumbai-Mumbai City means things are always fast, and we just try to keep up. It’s a lot of work running things day to day, but we like being in this neighborhood. It’s got a good feel to it. We just focus on what’s in front of us and try to get the jobs done. That’s about it for who we are.
