We are set up in the Lokhandwala Township area of Kandivali East. Specifically, you can find us at Neighbourhood CHS, in building 3B, room 101. It is a nice enough spot, a bit tucked away from the main road noise. We deal with real estate and development, which in Mumbai means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and property papers. The township is a big place, and we have seen it grow quite a bit over the years. Our office is small, just a few chairs and a desk where we go over the legal stuff. We do not have a big sales team or people calling you every five minutes. Most people who come to us are already living in the area or heard about us from a neighbor. It is a lot of talking to people about what they want in a home and then trying to find something that fits their budget. Sometimes the paperwork for developers is a real headache with all the different government departments you have to deal with. We just take it one day at a time. It is a local business, so we try to keep things friendly and straightforward. No big promises, just looking at what is available and being honest about the prices and the state of the buildings around here. It is a busy life but we have gotten used to the pace of Kandivali.
