Estate Circle Llp

Estate Circle Llp is based over in Ghatkopar West, right on Karani Lane. We’re located in 13 Shiv Krupa, which is basically right opposite where the Corporation Bank is. If you know that area, you know it gets quite crowded, but it’s a good place for us to be. We’ve been around this part of town for a bit and we handle real estate matters. It’s not a very big operation. We just have a small office where we keep our files and meet anyone who needs help with a property. Ghatkopar is a place where everyone seems to know everyone, so we try to just be normal and helpful. We don't use a lot of fancy words or try to act like we’re some big international firm. We’re just local people doing a job. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with maps and papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. The street outside can be noisy with all the shops and people walking by. It feels like a real neighborhood. We spend our mornings checking listings and the afternoons usually involve meeting someone or checking out a site. It’s a lot of walking and talking. We like that it’s practical work. No two days are exactly the same here. If you’re walking past the bank and see our sign at Shiv Krupa, that’s us. We just keep our heads down and do the work, trying to help out where we can.
