Esher Overseas Private Limited is found in the Ansa Industrial Estate in Andheri East. We are at unit D/9 on Saki Vihar Road. Sakinaka is a very industrial part of Mumbai, so there is always a lot of heavy traffic and trucks moving around. Being in an industrial estate means the building is quite basic and made for work, not for show. We have been at D/9 for a long time now and we are very used to the sounds of the neighboring units. It is a very no-nonsense kind of place. There is no plush carpeting or glass walls here. It is just a concrete floor and some sturdy desks. Saki Vihar Road is almost always congested, so we see a lot of the city's movement right outside our gates. The air can be a bit dusty because of all the activity in the estate, but we just get on with our work. Our team is small and we spend most of our time handling paperwork and logistics from this office. It is a very practical location for an overseas business because we are right in the heart of a commercial hub. We like the fact that everything is functional and straightforward. It’s a place where we come to work hard and then head home through the Mumbai traffic.
