We have our shop in the lower part of Om Heera Panna CHSL, which is right in the middle of Jogeshwari West. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how hectic it can get. Shop No. 100A is where we are tucked away. It’s a small space, but we make the most of it. We do impex work, which means a lot of loading and unloading or at least keeping track of it all. The shop is always full of something—samples, paperwork, or just the daily clutter of running a business. We aren't looking to be some high-rise corporate office. This place suits us just fine because it’s right where the action is. People are always walking by, and we’ve got the local tea guy on speed dial. The work involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. We have to be sharp with the numbers and the dates. Sometimes the Mumbai heat makes it tough, but we have a fan going and we just keep at it. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or branding. We’d rather just get the orders out on time. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have a lot of stuff coming in at once, but we’ve learned how to stack things to save space. We are just local people trying to make a living in a very busy city. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't have much time for fancy talk, we just keep the shop open and the files moving.
