Our hospital is right on S.V. Road in Jogeshwari West, located in the Sharma Estate. It’s a bustling part of Mumbai, as anyone who lives here knows. We are in Building Number 3, A Wing. Eye care is what we do every day. People come in with all sorts of vision issues, from simple eye strain to more complicated things. We aren't a giant chain where you never see the same person twice. We have a consistent team and we’ve been in this building for quite some time. The waiting area usually has a few people chatting, and we try to keep things moving so nobody is stuck there all day. Mumbai life doesn’t really allow for wasting time. The equipment we use is what’s needed for proper eye checks, and we keep it all in good shape. We don't go for the high-end luxury decor because that’s not what helps people see better. We’d rather focus on the actual exams. Being on S.V. Road makes us easy to get to by train or bus, though the noise from the street is always there in the background. It’s just part of the local charm. We talk to our patients like neighbors because, for the most part, they are. We don’t use fancy words to describe what’s wrong; we just tell it like it is. It’s a busy, practical eye clinic where the focus is strictly on the work at hand for every patient.
