We are located in unit 142-A at Ventures House, which is inside the Marol Co-operative Industrial Estate. If you have ever been to Marol in Andheri, you know it is a maze of trucks, warehouses, and small offices. It is a very busy place and there is always some noise from the factories nearby. We run our hotel operations from here. Our office is practical and filled with files because we focus on the actual work rather than how the office looks. Most of our days are spent coordinating with the different hotel sites and talking to vendors who supply our linens and food. Traffic in this part of Mumbai is usually a nightmare, so we do a lot of our business over the phone to save time. We are not a big corporate chain with a fancy headquarters. We are just a group of people trying to keep our hotels running smoothly for the guests. We handle the maintenance, the staffing, and the bills right from this room. Sometimes the power cuts out or the water is late, and we just have to find a way to fix it quickly. It is not always easy, but we have been doing this long enough to know how to handle the common problems. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just show up every morning, do the work, and try to make sure everything is in order before we go home.
