Energise Boutique Resorts is situated over in Andheri East, right near the Leela Hotel. Our office is in a building called The Avenue, room 1009. Being on Sahar Airport Road means we are always in the middle of the action. You can always hear the planes or the traffic, but that’s just life in this part of Mumbai. We are a small team and we don't act like a big, cold corporation. We just work out of our office space to manage our boutique resort business. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure all the details are right. We don't have a marketing team to make us look perfect. Sometimes the office is a mess of papers and half-drunk cups of tea, but that’s just how we work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big offices or expensive furniture. We just want to make sure our resorts are doing okay and that our guests are taken care of. Most of us have been in this industry for years, so we know it’s not always easy. We just try to be honest and work hard every day. If you are coming to visit, the building is easy to spot from the main road. Just come up to the tenth floor and you will find us there, probably busy with something.
