You can find Encamp Business Centre Private Limited on the 13th floor of R Tech Park. This is inside the Nirlon Compound, which is just off the Western Express Highway in Goregaon East. It’s a massive area with lots of different companies. The business center is run from here. Our floor has a lot of different rooms for various needs. A good view of the highway comes with being on the 13th floor, especially when the traffic is backed up in the evening. Most of our time is spent managing the spaces and making sure everyone has what they need. Logistics and keeping the facilities running are the main priorities. The team isn't huge, but the daily upkeep keeps us busy. People come to us when a place to work or a meeting room is needed. The Nirlon Compound itself is like a small city. Cafes and paths are available to walk around during breaks, which is nice when the weather is good. We try to keep the office atmosphere relaxed. Not many rules exist about how things should look as long as the work gets done and the tenants are happy. Most of the day is spent answering emails or talking to people about the suites. It’s a practical business in a very busy part of Mumbai. We’ve been here for a few years now and the building is very familiar. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, but we cope.
