EMINANCE REALTY LLP

We are based at The Summit Bay on the 7th floor, right in office 722. Being on Andheri Kurla Road means there is always a lot of noise and movement from the street below. We’ve been running Eminance Realty LLP from this spot for a while now. The office is pretty simple. Most days are much the same for us. We come in, sort through the latest files, and deal with people who stop by to talk about property stuff. Andheri West is a busy place, and it feels like the whole city is rushing right outside our windows. The building is usually full of other workers running around and the elevators can take a long time during the lunch rush. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s just a regular workplace with desks, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork that needs to be organized. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we just wipe it down and keep going. There’s a small tea shop nearby where we usually grab a quick break when the phones stop ringing for a minute. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a few of us making sure the work gets done correctly. We spend a lot of time answering calls and helping people find what they need in this part of Mumbai. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have the fans going and we stay until the evening traffic dies down.
