You will find us at Flat No 402 in the C Wing of Pioneer Heritage Residency-1. We are in Daulat Nagar, which is part of Santacruz West. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a cold office at all. When you come up to the fourth floor, it's just like visiting a neighbor. We help students who want to go abroad for their education. There is a lot of paperwork involved, so our tables are usually covered in forms and printouts from different universities. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to people on the phone. Santacruz West is a busy place, but our flat is tucked away enough that it stays relatively quiet. Sometimes we have to move the dining table just to make more room for all the files we have. We don't have a big sign outside the building, so you have to look for the wing and the flat number. It’s just a small team of us working here. We like the personal feel of being in a home-style office. It makes the students feel less nervous about the big move they are planning. We drink a lot of tea while we go over visa requirements and college applications. It’s a long process for every student, and we just sit with them and get through it. There is always someone coming or going, but we try to keep things organized.
