Our office is down in the basement of Vinayak Apartment. It’s right near the Raja Shivaji Kendra, so if you’re in the neighborhood, you’ve probably walked past us without even knowing it. Mayur Sanjay Nandan is the one who helps keep things running here. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a bunch of receptionists, just a practical space where we can focus on our work. It gets a bit quiet down here in the basement, but we like it that way because it helps us get through the daily tasks. We deal with lifespaces and property stuff, mostly just managing the details and making sure everything is in order for the projects we have going on. It’s not always glamorous work, but it’s what we know. We’ve been based here for a while and the locals around the apartment know us well enough. Sometimes the lighting isn't great, and it can feel a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork spread out, but we make do. We aren't some big corporate firm from the city center. We’re just a small team working out of this spot, trying to do things the right way. If you’re ever looking for us, just head toward the apartment building and look for the stairs going down. We’re usually here from morning until the evening, just keeping the wheels turning for Ellora Lifespaces. It is a humble setup, but it serves us well for the kind of work we handle every day.
