Ekanth Buildwell Private Limited

We are located on the ground floor of the Naman Centre, which is at C-31 in the BKC area of Bandra East. Ekanth Buildwell Private Limited is the name of our company, and we have been operating out of this Mumbai City location for a while. BKC is a very busy part of town with lots of glass buildings and professionals running around, but our office is a bit more down-to-earth. We focus on the actual building and development side of things. Most of the time, our desks are covered in blueprints and schedules for various sites across the city. It is a lot of work trying to keep everything on track, especially with how unpredictable things can be in Mumbai. We have a small group of people here who handle the day-to-day operations, from talking to suppliers to making sure the permits are in order. We do not use any of those polished corporate phrases or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a construction firm trying to do a decent job on the projects we take on. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop by, and we usually have someone here to answer questions. It is a busy environment, but we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work itself rather than trying to impress anyone with fancy words or marketing.
