We are Eegeebuild India Private Limited, and you can find us in Thakur Village, Kandivali East. Specifically, we are in N. G. Suncity Phase II CHS Ltd, in unit 1A-1103. This part of Mumbai is always moving, and Thakur Village has its own local vibe that we really like being a part of. Our office is basically inside a residential society, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a stiff corporate office. We’ve been here for a while now, handling all sorts of building projects from this single spot. It’s a bit of a climb up to 1103, but the view of the city is alright. Most days involve a lot of coordination between the office here and the various sites we have going on. We don't use any fancy talk or big promises; we just show up and do the work that needs doing. The space is filled with files, samples, and the usual office clutter. It’s practical. Living and working in Kandivali East means we deal with the same traffic and rains as everyone else here in the 400101 area. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Mumbai, just a reliable one. People in the building know us, and we’ve become part of the furniture here in Phase II. It’s a simple setup for a team that prefers to focus on the actual building work rather than looking polished.
