If you are ever in Kandivali West, you might know where the Lijjat Papad place is on Mathuradas Road. We are right opposite that, in Mangalam Apartment. Our office is A/32. It’s a typical Mumbai apartment converted into a workspace for Eduwis Institute Llp. The building is older, but it has a lot of character and the neighbors are mostly nice. Being in Mumbai City-400067 means things move fast and it can get noisy with the street sounds coming in through the windows. We spend our days here talking to people about their education goals. It’s not a shiny glass office building. It feels more like a home, which I think makes people feel a bit more relaxed when they visit. We have some shelves filled with books and papers scattered around. Usually, there is some tea or coffee going. We started this because we wanted to do something useful in our own neighborhood. Mathuradas Road is always busy, so there is plenty of energy around. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a small team of us. We handle the paperwork, answer the phones, and try to make sense of the schedules. It is a practical setup. Nothing too fancy, just a solid place to work from in Kandivali.
