We are based in Andheri West, specifically in the Oshiwara neighborhood. Our office is shop number 15 on the first lower portion floor of the Heera Panna building. If you know the area, it's near the Om building. Andheri is always moving, and being in the development business here means things are never quiet. We spend a lot of our time looking at site plans and dealing with the various bits of paperwork that come with building in Mumbai. The office is small but it serves its purpose for our day-to-day meetings. We have a lot of people dropping by, from contractors to folks looking for information about local projects. Oshiwara is a hub for this kind of work, so it makes sense for us to be here. Sometimes the rains make everything a bit messy, and getting around Andheri in the monsoon is always a struggle, but we keep the office running regardless. We aren't doing anything flashy, just the daily grind of being developers in a city that's constantly growing. It involves a lot of meetings and phone calls, making sure everyone is on the same page for each project. We’ve been in this shop for a bit, and it’s become a familiar spot for our regulars. It’s just a practical work environment where we focus on getting things built properly. There’s a lot of competition around here, but we just stick to our own tasks and keep going. We don't worry about much else.
